🚩By commissioning me you are agreeing to these terms🚩
- I have the right to refuse any commission
- Turnaround time is between a few days to 2 months. It all depends on my queue You will be notified if anything comes up that causes a delay.
- USD Payments through Ko-fi preferred - can accept PayPal, Venmo, and Cashapp. Stripe is also available on Ko-fi.
- Payment is payed in full upfront
- I have the right to post your commission and/or use it as an example UNLESS requested not to.
- Please provide a clear digital reference of your character (I do not work on descriptions alone)
- If you have a specific pose /expression/body type or anything else in mind please let me know! If If not I will have artistic liberty. (Reference images are super helpful!)
- I will consider commissions with a deadline with a discussed rush fee
- Once the sketch is approved I will not redo it without extra charge (price depends on complexity of change) I will change things free of charge if I missed them
- ‼️Refunds‼️: If I have not started on your commission or did not finish within my turnaround time, you can request & get it 100% back. If I have done the sketch, you can receive 50% back. Once line art is done I will NOT be providing a refund. ((❗️Please avoid commissioning me if you aren’t sure if you can afford doing so. It prevents issues for both of us<3❗️))
- You CANNOT claim my art as yours, make it an NFT, use it to train ai, mass distribute it, edit it, or copy it
- You can repost my art WITH credit or link back to me if you commissioned the piece from me!
- I will not draw anything transphobic, homophobic, xenophobic, racist, promoting hate, supporting incest, pedophilic relationships or anything of similar nature. You can kindly block me if you support being or doing any of those things.

🚩By owning a design by me you are agreeing to these terms🚩⚠️This applies to ocs obtained through commission, adoptable, trade, gift, etc from me or another person.⚠️YOU MAY✅:
- Resell them but not for more than you payed. Unless there is commissioned art, then you can add the value to the overall price. Non-commissioned art does not add to the overall value.
- Gift or trade them. However, once a character has been traded it can ONLY be traded from that point on. Unless new commissioned art is added after the trade, then it is to be sold based on the new commissioned art only.
- Alter the design species, colors, markings, etc a bit as long as you still credit me for the OG design
YOU MAY NOT❌:
- Use the adopt for anything transphobic, homophobic, xenophobic, racist, promoting hate, supporting incest or pedophilic relationships. You can kindly block me if you support being or doing any of those things.
- Use the design(s) commercially / for profit / turn it into an NFT
- Claim you made the design
- edit / modify the original adopt art (hue changes are fine)
- Turn it into a species
